Our cars are very valuable to us and the engine of the car is its heart. If not taken care of, it can push you to take a number of additional measures to ensure that the system functions properly. For this, one must pay attention to their car and primarily its engine.
Here’s how you can make your car perform better in the long run:

1.       Eliminate the catalyst of the car. The catalyst improves the functioning of the engine, making it more powerful. However, keep in mind that eliminating it might cause pollution in the long run.

2.    Avoid putting on the air conditioning when the car is moving. In any case, driving during very high temperatures is not a recommended practice. Even in general, one should assess what is the most important thing at each given time and decide what is necessary for the car.

3.       Using the right type of oil is another way to improve the performance of the engine of a car. It not just aids lubrication, but keeps the car going in the long run.

4.       Avoid sudden acceleration. With avoiding sudden acceleration, you will be acting appropriately to maintain your car’s engine in a good condition for years.

Carry out regular maintenance checks. To have your engine give an excellent performance and have its life extended, taking (or sending it!) for regular checks is a good step.

You don’t buy a car until you really want to, do you? And once you invest in one, you also come face to face with the responsibilities associated with it. No, here I am not talking about those fancy music systems or those stickers and decals. I am referring to the servicing and caretaking part, which is a very important face to it.

Some people that I have met, surprisingly, believe that spending money on car servicing is a waste. They feel that their car just needs to be serviced once in a year, or only when it shows signs of severe damage. And along with them, I would like to clear this for everyone else who thinks the same way - this is incorrect. This is the same car you have spent endless nights dreaming about. The same car you saved those extra bucks for, and the same one you brought home like you brought a new family member.

What I mean to say here is that what was once your dream is now a reality, and a careless attitude does more harm than good when it comes to your car. Getting your car regularly serviced is an investment, not a waste of money. If your car is looked after well, it is bound to have a long life and perform the way you wished it to. You cannot even expect a human to survive on crumbs and be a bodybuilder, do you? It needs consistent effort in all spheres, and the same goes for your car. Did you know that it just takes three months for your brand new car to start malfunctioning if you don’t take care of it? Yes!

Take care of your car, take it to a trustworthy, credible service station on a scheduled basis, and do not forget to pay attention to the signs it gives you. After all, it is your hard earned money that you can choose to either last for a decade, or three months to be exact!

A good mechanic is a blessing. He is a magician who knows the issue in your car by just seeing it. A good mechanic treats all cars as if they were his children and knows them like the back of his hand. He can and will always work towards keeping your car running longer and help you in saving the money that goes in repairs and restorations. But where do we find such a man? And how? How can we understand which mechanic we met in the whole year was actually a Godfather to our cars?
If you too are on the same page (with the same question), here’s some enlightenment as to how to find that one awesome mechanic you trust and stick to him!
  • Get information about his past experience with cars from others
The best way to understand if this person is ‘The One’ for your car, is to see if other car owners were glad when they received their cars from him after the service. This proves his past experience with cars, and how proficient he is at handling any issues that pops up in your car.
  • Try and gauge his quality of work
Visit his place, check his garage out and see him working. Interacting with the person you find promising lets you understand his style of working, and how strongly he believes in delivering high quality work (which is a major concern for you).
  • Strike a conversation where you talk about an issue related to a car and if answers flow from the other side, he’s the one!
After all, if you are going to entrust him with your car, you want this person to be very passionate about cars and his work. If he seems disinterested, it shows his lack of care for his job, which directly means he wouldn’t be careful of your car either!
Apart from these awesome ways to find a great mechanic, I have one more solution that will bring all your car-related worries to an end. Don’t believe me? Go check Gaadizo! Christmas is round the corner, and so is bliss! Everyone has plans for celebration and meeting their families and friends. People are planning how and what to gift to their loved ones, and making partying plans for the new year celebrations too. But wait a second. Did you think about your car? Yes, the one that accompanies you when you have to go to markets for shopping and go to relatives’ place. What are you giving it this Christmas?
What does your car need, you say?
For every mile you drive closer to your loved ones, you car needs to be given adequate attention.
For every time you overlook the needs of your car for your own, it needs your consideration.
For every moment you think you can reach your loved ones whenever you want, your car needs appreciation.
And for every time you have your car by your side, it needs your love.
And that is what Christmas is all about, right? Appreciating and loving our loved ones and expressing the same. So why not do it for your car? Get its wheels aligned; send it for the long-pending servicing it was asking for or even better, give it a makeover for the new year – get  it wrapped!

Make this Christmas a merry one for your car too, be the Santa for your car this year!

We all have our cars and we love them. But not to mention, we are lazy and way too much into our comfort zones to always be aware of what’s happening around. Did you too secretly agree to this? Now that we are in the same boat already, let us talk about those things that we consciously or unconsciously do to our cars that decrease its performance in the long run.
So here it goes.
1.       You eat & drink irresponsibly in your car
You don’t care whether it’s the seat or the dashboard, you just care about your samosa and its chutney. YOLO, huh? You better know that this might bring your car to its RIP earlier than expected.
2.       You wait for the fuel to run out.
“Thoda aur chaljaaegi”,  “Bas itna sa rasta hai, kheechlegi”.
I mean kheechlegi, really? Why don’t you go and buy a reydii instead?
3.       You get non-genuine parts for your car
If you’re a college student who cannot pay for his car’s fuel and genuine spare parts, why even ask dad to buy it for you? Did you know, genuine things don’t have a long life if their fundamental functioning parts and not genuine. Oh wait, you know it! But you’re ignorant, and for you, ignorance is and will be bliss!

4.       You don’t look after it!
Wait. Did you just complain about your car not giving the same mileage as before? Oh, it asks for servicing more often? It is because you haven’t paid attention to it when you should have. And how do you expect it to function well when you don’t look after it?
5.       You don’t take it for servicing before a trip to a different city
You think your car doesn’t need to get ready for the trip? It does, just like you do! It too needs its essentials in place and all things sorted before you guys start moving!

If you are this kind of a person, you need Gaadizo, and you need it bad! To know more, visit here.

Once upon a time, there was a guy named Aggro. He was very aggressive. Little things used to upset him very quickly. Not only this, but he could also not control his reaction in any sticky situations. And then, there was Happy, who stayed cool in every situation no matter how bad it was.
So one day, both the guys met each other. And not like normal people do, but in an accident. Happy was taking a left and suddenly, Aggro decided to make a wrong move.  In spite of being apologetic and understanding his own mistake, Aggro decided to put the blame on Happy and play defensive. But Happy was a smarter guy, he knew how to make things work.

So, when they collided and saw the damages on each other’s cars, Aggro asked for compensations and Happy tried to make peace. When Aggro completely refused to give in, Happy just picked up his phone and contacted Gaadizo. He sent them the location and told them to come and pick up Aggro’s car, service it and send it to his place. In the background,  Aggro was very intrigued by this conversation. He asked Happy what it was that he was doing, and they started a normal conversation! So, who said road rage cannot be dealt with?

Once upon a time, there was a father-son duo, which had poles apart opinions on where they shouldgive their cars for service. Where the father believed that the cars should go to a local garage guy whom he believes in since the time he learnt how to ride a bicycle, the son believed in giving them to the manufacturing company for repairs, as the service is guaranteed and ensured. He was of the thought that the cars should be handed to someone who looks after them as their own, not like the garage guy next door, who carelessly left his garage open most of the times

Everytime one of their cars had to go for servicing, they would start an argument over how to get it done. Seeing the increasing clashes between them, the daughter of the family decided to introduce them to a revolutionary new platform that catered to the needs of both. The next day at teatime, she started discussing about this new start up in town that picked her car up in minutes after she called them, and is now whatsapping her images of the parts that need to be changed. This struck the dad-son duo like a lightning bolt. Can this actually happen? This was literally a dream come true! Conversations started. They started exploring this new service provider in town, and decided to give it a try. As the father-son bond deepened over cups of tea and long conversations, the mom-daughter duo giggled. And so it proves that a generation gap can be covered, provided the link is strong.
Now, are you wondering what brought them closer?
It’s Gaadizo. We care of everything from servicing to wheel care to customisation, at your comfort! Don’t believe it? Try it to feel the difference!
